We are happy to continue with our second session of the three-part series focusing on Curiosity at Work!

During this session Michael Ashford, Rethinking Communication, will lead a three-hour workshop to explore the origins of most work conflict, and how understanding these beginnings equips attendees with actionable, sustainable communication strategies and techniques that bring an intentionality to resolving conflict.

    Key Takeaways

    • Understanding the psychology of change and how and why conflict occurs
    • How to have uncomfortable conversations
    • How Radical Empathy can positively alter a leader’s communication style
    • How to ask great questions

Although these sessions will inform each other as they progress, you can attend any one of them without having to attend the others and still walk away with bountiful information that you can immediately apply to your workplace.
