    We are happy to announce a three-part series focusing on Curiosity at Work!

    We are partnering with Michael Ashford, Rethinking Communication, and Acey Holmes, BoredLess, to provide you with a program that introduces what it means to be curious at work, then builds from the initial session with two half-day in-person workshops focusing on how curiosity can support and improve, 1) conflict resolution and effective communication, and 2) foster creativity, innovation and promote psychological safety. 

    Although these sessions will inform each other as they progress, you can attend any one of them without having to attend the others and still walk away with bountiful information that you can immediately apply to your workplace.

    2. April 2025 (TBD; 1/2 day in-person) - Communicating to Build Trust, Psychological Safety, and Positive Change
    3. May 2025 (TBD; 1/2 day in-person) - Unlocking Innovation: Building a Playful and Curious Workplace Culture
