    What

Creative Intelligence:  A Core Competency for Leaders- The 2025 World Economic Forum Future of Jobs report highlights a surge in demand for human-centric skills such as creative thinking, resilience, agility, curiosity, and continuous learning—skills critical for navigating today’s fast-paced, high-change work environments.

Join creativity researchers and seasoned facilitators Kris Stanec and Nate Schwagler for a hands-on, minds-on session exploring the science and application of deliberate creativity. Tailored for HR leaders and people developers, this session will reconnect you with the creative mindset essential for innovation, adaptability, and talent growth—from the front lines to the executive suite. Discover how to unlock creativity across your organization to drive engagement, solve complex problems, and future-proof your workforce.

    Light refreshments will be provided.

Parking: there is a large lot right across from the FAC entrance with a nominal fee to park (total $2.45 to park for the session).  See this website for directions and info on parking
