Fireside Chat: Fostering Belonging at Work

Johnny C. Taylor, President and CEO of SHRM, expressed it best in a recent blog post pinned in support of the HR community:

Join us for this quarter's CSSHRM fireside chat, as we gather with members of the Southern Colorado HR community and discuss the changes made at the nation's Executive Level and how your organization is adapting to those changes. Additionally, we'll explore strategies for fostering belonging and well-being within your teams in response to the changes.
