Officer Brent Ambuehl is a 14 year veteran of the Colorado Springs Police Department. Join him and the CSSHRM for a discussion on Active Shooter and Workplace violence. A few of the topics that will be covered are:
- How to prepare for an active shooter incident
- What to do if you find yourself involved in one of these incidents
- What to expect when the police arrive on scene
Officer Ambuehl has been employed by the Colorado Springs Police Department for 14.5 years. Prior to his employment at CSPD, Officer Ambuehl served 15 years in the United States Air Force. He served with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Team for four years and his last assignment was at the USAF Academy as a cadet counselor/instructor in Cadet Squadron Ten. He was also a certified instructor/facilitator in the USAFA Center for Character Development.
