TJ McGrath is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ardaithe Consulting, LLC. She believes in preventing issues before they arise. Therefore, she is passionate about facilitating conversations, and believes investment in soft skills training can empower both management and employees to resolve issues at the lowest level saving cost, time, and emotional entrenchment.
A licensed Attorney and a retired Air Force Colonel with 30 years of public service in both the Executive and Legislative branch, TJ deftly navigates organizational culture and easily builds rapport with her unique combination of honesty, confidence, and humanity. An experienced trainer she skillfully recognizes how to prevent issues in the workplace and can tailor training with practical, actionable, and useful guidance based on the individual or the organization’s needs. TJ holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School.

Thom Rogers is the founder and CEO of Hrothgar Consulting Ltd, providing in-depth insights on operational and human resource issues. He is an ardent believer in the power of teams with a focus on helping build productive relationships within work groups to improve productivity, work environments, and help organizations achieve their goals. Thom holds a juris doctorate and master of business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor of business administration in finance from Texas Christian University. He also completed Georgetown University’s Capital Hill Fellowship program.
A licensed attorney and certified Everything DiSC® partner, Thom is a retired Air Force colonel with 26+ years of public service. Working with and leading teams across the Air Force, in Congress, and on the National Security Council staff, Thom has experience ranging from environment policy and global security to labor relations, ethics, and information technology. He has participated in nation-building policy development and advised on kinetic operations in combat environments. With his background, Thom has built a strong understanding of how teams can function effectively and what can negatively impact them. He uses these lessons, along with his legal and team dynamics training to help organizations improve their functionality and achieve their goals.
In addition to his efforts at Hrothgar, Thom manages a commercial real estate company and is a founding member of a law firm providing legal services to government agencies.
