This highly interactive workshop is designed to provide an introduction to the impacts of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) on individuals and organizations. In the session, we will explore the evolving role of HR in a constantly changing landscape; gain a common understanding of EDI terms; discuss how and where we see EDI playing out at work, and build an awareness of how the expression of our identities promotes or inhibits growth in ourselves and others.
As Senior Faculty, Jessica leads account teams in the design and delivery of custom leadership solutions that drive individual and organizational transformation. She works with teams, executives, senior leaders, and emerging leaders, and specializes in: Women’s leadership programs; Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives; culture transformation; and community leadership programs. Prior to CCL, she spent her career in human resources and organizational development in the finance and healthcare industries, community-based organizations, state government (health & human services), and consulting organizations. In her 20+ years, she led multiple projects of large-scale strategic planning and change initiatives involving cross-agency task forces, high-touch coordination with local organizations (local governments, schools, faith-based organizations, small businesses), community engagement, leader and talent development, and collective impact, emphasizing work in improving health and education outcomes.
Jessica is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach and certified in these assessments: Hogan Leadership Forecast Series™ (HPI, HDS, MVPI), the WorkPlace Big Five™ personality assessment, Kaiser Leadership Versitility Index™ (LVI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), the CCL Benchmarks™ Suite, Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO)- B/Business™, Cultural Intelligence Assessment™, Cultural Values Profile™, Unconscious Bias Assessment™, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument™ (TKI), Challenge of Change™, Reina Trust Instrument™, Change Style Indicator™, and Influence Style Indicator™.
