We are delighted to introduce our new Fireside Chat Series designed to provide members with valuable networking opportunities while delving into pertinent human resource issues and exploring engagement with a variety of resources. This quarterly series will center around a topic relevant to our field and may include engagement with various media and resources to inform the discussion.
These one-hour networking events provide us an opportunity to engage with our HR colleagues on timely topics that are having immediate impact on our professional lives, all while sharing and generating ideas for implementation upon conclusion.
Our first topic involves a lively discussion around the Employee Experience and Well-being! Mikki Gates, our CS SHRM President, will lead us in a conversation on the following:

- Creating a culture of psychological safety
