Coffee and Convos Virtual Meeting - Workplace Mental Health

Join us on October 10th, World Mental Health Day, for a coffee chat dedicated to workplace mental health! Many organizations are discovering inventive and imaginative ways to champion their employees' well-being. During this one-hour session, we'll exchange insights and highlight successful approaches. Our focus will encompass methods to promote engagement, eliminate stigma, and cultivate an inclusive and supportive workplace environment for everyone.

The mental health landscape has undergone significant changes in recent years. We will delve into practical strategies for improving accessibility, advancing education, harnessing available resources, and enhancing staff and leadership training and development.

HostDr. Dani Kimlinger, CEO MINES and Assoc, and President CO-SHRM

Dr. Daniél (Dani) Kimlinger is the Chief Executive Officer of MINES and Associates an international business psychology firm. Dani has a background in human resources and organizational psychology and leadership. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dani actively contributes to the community by volunteering and serving on various non-profit and professional boards.
