This workshop sample identifies communication preferences to help foster collaboration where there may have previously been conflict. We explore four core communication styles, discussing why everyone benefits when unique perspectives are represented and respected. 

You will walk out of this workshop with an action plan for strengthening your connection with others.  Attendees will leave equipped with the tools to develop these skills and learn to support others who self-promote.
