Coffee and Convos - Talent Retention: Keeping the Good Ones

Finding and hiring great talent is unfortunately only half of the battle; keeping that talent is another area of struggle entirely.  If this piece is broken, talent attraction efforts can largely be a waste of time.  While the responsibility of employee retention might not fall solely to HR professionals, our efforts can certainly effect valuable change.  With long-term COVID impact, employee’s shifting priorities, and generational changes putting pressure on this critical arena, we cannot be passive.  Join us with your struggles and ideas as we practically navigate this dynamic landscape:

    • What are employees valuing at this time?  How do you know?

    • What do you currently have in place for employee retention?

    • What are some out-of-the-box ideas that could help meet the changing dynamic?

Grab your favorite morning beverage and join us virtually for conversation around this important topic!
