Vaccine Mandate Legal Developments and the OSHA Vaccination ETS

Join us as we discuss the most recent developments regarding each of the federal vaccination mandates.  We will then go through a thorough explanation as to what compliance with the OSHA Vaccination Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) could entail.

In this session you will learn:

    • The current legal status of the OSHA ETS, federal contractor, and CMS vaccination
    • How state laws might impact the OSHA ETS
    • Options and considerations as you determine what to do in the face of an uncertain legal environment
