    With COVID-19 and the move to a remote work environment, organizations had to quickly adapt their talent development and management strategies. CS SHRM and Pikes Peak ATD will host a panel discussion to share experiences, best practices, and challenges related to the employment of technological tools used to support talent engagement and development initiatives in an ever-evolving work environment.

    Corey Stanford

    Corey Stanford is the CEO and founder of Scaling Leaders LLC, a fast-growing professional services firm specializing in executive coaching and leadership development. 

    As the CEO, Corey is primarily responsible for leadership of the company, key client relationships, and business development. He also consults on the design and delivery of high-impact leadership, team, and culture development initiatives.

    Corey has over 20 years of experience leading and developing leaders and executives in corporate, NGO, and government sectors. He currently leads a team of fifty executive coaches, leadership trainers, and facilitators.

    Corey holds an executive MBA and is a both a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute.

    Corey lives with his family in Colorado Springs, where he enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping. 

    Lisa J. Primising, M.A., SHRM-SCP

    Lisa draws on her practical experience as a business leader for 20+ years and leverages her human resources, organizational development and change management expertise to help individuals, teams and organizations improve performance. As an HR and OD consultant and workshop facilitator, Lisa has worked for Employers Council for the past two years. Prior to that, she was the Director of Employee Capability, leading global learning and leadership development for Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 120 technology company headquartered here in Colorado.

    Lisa is passionate about helping individuals discover purpose, joy, and fulfillment in their work and improve performance. At the same time, she is committed to helping organizations innovate and grow by effectively engaging, developing, and aligning talent, and assessing organizational development needs.

    Lisa has a Masters of Arts (MA) in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology. She has earned a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certificate and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certificate. Lisa is also trained and certified in various tools used to support leadership development, change management, employee engagement, team building, mediation and conflict resolution.

    Joel Lamoreaux

    Joel presently serves the employees of Deluxe as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant. In his current role as a member of Human Resources, he manages several talent management processes, conducts team development exercises and develops and instructs leadership development courses.

    His 26-year tenure with Deluxe includes time working as a front-line leader in fulfillment and call center operations, new product development and telemarketing and sales.

    Joel holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
