    We’ve all been thrust into the world of remote work over the past 10 months. Some teams and leaders have thrived, while many have struggled with this long-term transition. Our dynamic, remote work environment requires teams to establish agreements around collaboration, virtual communication methods, options for addressing conflict and building consensus and consistency around technology. In this program, Tara Powers, CEO of Powers Resource Center, will review essential agreements for building trust and transparency virtually. She will walk HR leaders through the top six agreements for teams to put in place and provide a copy of her Remote Team Agreements Playbook to aid teams in discussing these agreements together.

    The program will highlight research and best practices from Tara’s popular book Virtual Teams for Dummies which will be raffled off to a few winners during the event!
