    We’ve all been thrust into the world of remote work over the past 10 months. Some teams and leaders have thrived, while many have struggled with this long-term transition. Our dynamic, remote work environment requires teams to establish agreements around collaboration, virtual communication methods, options for addressing conflict and building consensus and consistency around technology. In this program, Tara Powers, CEO of Powers Resource Center, will review essential agreements for building trust and transparency virtually.
