Affirmative Action Plans for assistance with diversity & inclusion efforts.  But how do voluntary plans compare to mandatory plans – and how do we do this safely under the law?  Also, how will the results of the presidential election impact affirmative action in the workplace?  For example, will federal contractors be required to adhere to President Trump's Executive Order banning stereotyping in diversity trainings?  In this session, an employment attorney who focuses on affirmative action and equal pay will answer these questions and provide an overview of the voluntary (and mandatory) affirmative action options available to employers.

    Presented by: Scott Pechaitis, Esq.
