What Are Your Strengths and How Do You Leverage Them? A Clifton StrengthsFinder Workshop.
Are you ready for a new twist on development? What happens when you stop trying to find out what’s wrong with people and focus on what’s RIGHT about people. Strength – that’s what! Come join us for an insightful discussion to learn about CliftonStrengths and how you can leverage what’s already working for you and makes you exceptional. Your greatest potential for success comes from understanding your CliftonStrengths and using them every day.
For this workshop you will want to either take the CliftonStrengths Assessmenrt which can be found online or with a code from the book, StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath. We will be discussing the top 5 for individuals, and doing workshops based upon the findings.
If you have already taken the assessment and have your top 5 strengths, no need to retake, just make sure you know what they are.
You can also purchase a full package at CliftonStrengths Website.
Please note the pricing listed below is for the webinar only and does not include the book or the assessment. Those must be purchased separately.
