As states and local governments begin to relax and, eventually discontinue, stay home requirements, smart employers will be considering how to re-open their offices and facilities safely. This implicates a number of longstanding employment laws, as well as the new laws and orders that have been enacted and issued in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
