According to an ICF report, seventy-seven percent of human resources practitioners and leaders report that their organization is in a state of constant change, with priorities and strategies continuously shifting. This kind of environment requires more employee engagement than ever before in order to remain productive during the shifts. Coaching can bring about dramatic changes for those organizations who truly embrace it. So, what sets organizations with strong coaching cultures apart from the competition? Why is feedback not enough to encourage people to do their best at work?

Lisa Rice, CEO of Every Strength Counts, LLC, will help us see how coaching through a strengths-based approach can improve productivity even during times of change, create an open, honest dialogue that strengthens relationships in the workplace and helps your managers start conversations that focus on the future, not feedback that focuses on the past.

Lisa Rice is the CEO and Founder of Every Strength Counts, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience coaching individuals and teams to use their innate Strengths to improve productivity and be happier in their careers. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Lisa is excited to make more people aware of how they can use their strengths in both their professional and personal lives.

Lisa has extensive experience in the workforce development world as the former CEO of CareerSource Brevard, in Melbourne, FL. She has always related to the needs of businesses because their success depends on the success of their people. She has helped businesses understand and grow the Strengths of their workforce to help reduce turnover, get people in the right seat on the bus and to grow strong effective and productive teams. Lisa also implemented Strengths with career seekers in Florida and realized the difference it can make to their self-confidence and employment opportunities.

With master’s degrees in Business and Public Administration, Lisa is definitely a life long learner and hopes to encourage others to always be learning.

Lisa lives with her husband in Colorado Springs, CO. She enjoys time hiking and playing at the dog park with her three rescued Golden Retrievers.
