    Learn about T. Rowe Price's Diversity Model and how it was implemented. This Employee Driven diversity program has seen various benefits to include attracting and retaining ethnically diverse qualified employees. 

    This programs main focus is to Identify barriers and opportunities that foster inclusion and engagement of LGBT+, Veterans, and other minorities.


    Speakers:

    Marissa Brown joined T. Rowe Price in 2008 and is currently an Assistant Vice President within the Retirement Plan Services Group. She has held a number of leadership roles during her tenure and has over 10 years of experience within the financial services industry. She helped launch the organization’s LGBT Business Resource Group in Colorado Springs and served as Chair from 2014-2017. Marissa earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 63 licenses and Retirement Plan Fundamentals 1 & 2 certificates.

    Charles Johnson joined T. Rowe Price in 2004 and is currently an Assistant Vice President within the Retirement Plan Services Group.  He has held a number of leadership roles during his tenure and has over 13 years of experience within the financial services industry.  He helped launch the organization’s Ethnic Diversity Business Resource Group in Colorado Springs and served as Chair from 2017-present. Charles earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  He holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, 24 licenses, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor certificate, and Retirement Plan Fundamentals 1 & 2 certificates.

     


     This event is approve for 1.25 HRCI general credits for PHR, SPHR and 1.25 PDC for SHRM-SCP, SHRM CP.
