    As employees stay working longer, the likelihood of having four different generations in your workplace is increasing. And folks, we are there! 

    Join Rebecca Ozog, Employee Relations Specialist, to learn the most common intergenerational problems involve managing and motivating others.  Understanding and embracing generational differences will go a long way to resolving conflicts and bringing out the best in your team.​

    At the conclusion of the session, participants will:

    Rebecca Ozog, SHRM-CP, PHR has been in the human resources profession for more than 15 years and shares in the deep belief that employees should be treated as well, if not better than your best customer. She has been employed at Endodontic Specialists of Colorado P.C. since 2004. Rebecca enjoys her role as Employee Relations Specialist where her HR expertise offers advice and service in a wide variety of areas, employee on and off-boarding, payroll, policy and handbook updating, benefits, evaluation processes, and enjoys promoting training and growth in the company.   Rebecca was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL and has lived in many areas of the Midwest before moving to Colorado Springs in May of 2004.  She has been a member of the Colorado Springs Society of Human Resource Management (CSSHRM) since 2004 and has recently taken a position on the Board as Treasurer.  She volunteers with various organizations including The March of Dimes, Colorado Springs Dental Society, The Humane Society, Colorado Mission of Mercy, and on the Pack Committee since 2013 for a local Boy Scout Pack.  She is a proud mom of 2 kids & a dog; and if given the chance will be happy to talk to you all about them; with pictures of course!
