    Organizational Change: from Assessment to Adoption.

    Gene will share his experiences and expertise learned from over 25 years of real-world work in diagnosing, designing, implementing, and sustaining complex organizational change. You will leave with knowledge, models, processes, and tools you can put to use immediately in response to the organizational change issues your organization is facing.

    Gene Drumm

    For over 25 years, Gene Drumm has helped clients throughout the world, and across industries, to successfully implement their priority business plans, which achieved sustainable results. He has accomplished this by creating an alignment of the organization’s culture and infrastructure with its strategy.

    In addition to leading O.S.E. Consultants, Gene has held a variety of leadership positions, including Chief of Staff and Director of Organizational Change Programs for Newmont Mining; Senior Director of Organization Change Management with Fujitsu; Organizational Development Director with Microsoft; and Senior Partner of Vector Group Inc. and co-founder and Director of Vector Europe Business Consultants.

    His experience has involved large-scale change projects including ERP implementation (adoption), M&A integration, total quality management, concurrent product development, as well as leadership and culture change initiatives. Gene is a skilled data gatherer and diagnostician who works well at every level of an organization.

    Gene is often an invited speaker on such topics as leadership, performance management, and organizational change at national and international events as well as local and regional conferences. He has twice received the President's Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement, in recognition of his contributions to the field.

    Since 1991, O.S.E. (Organization and Staff Effectiveness) Consultants has helped clients achieve their priority business results. Areas of focus include strategy implementation, leadership, and management development, and cross-functional team effectiveness.

    O.S.E. Consultants, headed by Gene Drumm, Principal Consultant, is comprised of a network of 12 consultants in the U.S., and 15 in Europe, all with deep expertise in all aspects of business performance. Projects have been carried out across sectors and industries on five continents.

    Typical projects will involve working to create a closer alignment of a client culture and infrastructure with its strategy.
